Lansing School District Strategic Planning - Spartan Public Engagment Map

Utilizing a systematic framework for stakeholder engagement, the Office of K-12 Outreach partnered with the Lansing School District to develop a new five-year strategic plan. The process included targeted focus group meetings, collaborative working groups, and iterative feedback cycles. This approach helped crystallize the district's vision for growth, identify critical values and explicit goals, look for and define outcomes, and craft measures of success.
