Lansing School District Strategic Planning - Spartan Public Engagment Map

Utilizing a systematic framework for stakeholder engagement, the Office of K-12 Outreach partnered with the Lansing School District to develop a new five-year strategic plan. Using targeted focus group meetings, collaborative working groups, and iterative feedback cycles, the Office of K-12 Outreach facilitated the development of a new five-year strategic plan. This approach helped crystallize the districtâ€™s vision for growth, identify critical values and explicit goals, look for and define outcomes, and craft measures of success. This process enabled the school district to meet and exceed the mission of the school district.
