Indigenous Porcupine Quillwork Documentation and Exhibition Project
This project is a collaborative documentation and presentation effort between three Tribal museums and the MSU Museum. The focus is on the traditional artistic practice of porcupine quillwork on boxes, baskets, and other forms. The first two years have been dedicated to documentation of artists, collections, and transmission of knowledge.
