Partnered with Theresa Schwartz from Plainwell High School in Plainwell, Michigan. Met monthly over Zoom between September 2022 and April 2023 to discuss Teri's science curriculum goals and how to achieve them. The Science Coaches Program is a joint American Chemical Society (ACS) and American Association of Chemistry Teachers (AACT) educational outreach initiative dedicated to enhancing science skills in students across the United States. The program pairs coaches (volunteer chemists) with AACT teacher members in elementary, middle, or high schools so they can collaborate on projects throughout the school year and provides teachers with a Flinn Scientific gift certificate to help fund their projects.
