The MI Diaries project collects “audio diaries” from participants across the state. Diarists hear selected stories from other diarists each week, suggest topics or questions to ask other participants, and share their own experiences about a range of topics. The goal is to create a living corpus of changing life and language for Michiganders. MI Diaries was designed as a community-engaged research project.
