Tournament of Friendship - Scholarship Fundraiser

I co-chair the Committee that plans this annual event. We work closely with mid-Michigan Law Enforcement and Fire Fighting Agencies, as well as local community members, and representatives from Lansing Community College and Davenport University. Each year, we host our golf outing and secure monetary and prize donations from countless local business and individuals. Through our efforts, we are able to award $18,000 in scholarships each year to students at Michigan State University ($8,000 to Underrepresented Criminal Justice Students), Lansing Community College ($6,000 to those in the Fire Science and Policing Programs), and to Davenport University ($4,000 to students pursuing Public Health Programs).
