Food SPICE is a USDA Regional Food System Partnership Grant from Center for Regional Food Systems, that is creating stronger pipelines to resources, and more equitable and inclusive resources for farm and food entrepreneurs in Michigan. We are working with many community-based partners in SW Michigan and the UP to collaborate on resource development and offerings, providing trainings, small grants and access to lending to socially-disadvantaged and underserved food and farm entrepreneurs. Our goal is an increase of 120 entrepreneurs being services by CRFS and MSUE Product Center by Aug 2023.
