MI Diaries Project
The MI Diaries project collects "audio diaries" from participants across Michigan (ages 3 and up). We draft new prompts each week, with the aim of offering participants a space to be authentic and reflective - many diarists report that participating in the project is "therapeutic". Each week, we select a handful of stories to share on our website, with the aim of helping people feel more connected with each other.
We also partner with several youth organizations (4-H; some school districts), and have worked to offer specific benefits (e.g., Youth Internships with the project for high schoolers, partnering on a photovoice project with 4-H) for our community partners.
