This project now FUNDED by the City of Lansing and community-based organizations draws upon formative, qualitative approaches to understand the barriers and root causes of structural inequalities, especially in education and work for adult parents of children. We aim to use the community voices in this work to inform future strategies to reduce disparities in financial well-being and promote economic empowerment.
