Symbiotic relationship between humans and robots in manufacturing settings

This study aims to investigate educational, organizational, and computational factors to mitigate human replacement by robots in manufacturing settings. The results from this study will inform the development of new robotic technologies that enable a symbiotic relationship between production workers and robots.
