The activity is an effort to develop conceptual frameworks, methods, and tools to help overcome the discrepancies in access to high-speed Internet connect in Michigan. This project bagan in 2017. Over this academic year work was primarily on sharing findings from a survey of rural Michigan public schools, preparing for and seeking funding for a second survey in 2022, and working with Michigan county governments to analyze the broadband access of its citizens.
