Ethics board and rules drafting for U.S. Kettlebell Sport Lifting (USKSL)

U.S. Kettlebell Sport Lifting is the U.S. arm of the International Union of Kettlebell Lifters (IUKL). IUKL has received observer status for the upcoming Olympic Games with the goal to include kettlebell sports as an official event in the 2024 Olympic Games. Moving the sport onto the international stage required a significant examination and redrafting of the official competition rules and ethics rules for the U.S. organization. As part of the rules drafting committee and the ethics committee I was one of the individuals primarily responsible for this drafting project, which will hopefully lead to a new international rulebook for this sport.

This sport involves individuals from ages under 16 up to (to the best of my knowledge) individuals in their 70s.
