Development of the MISTT Website
In 2015, the Michigan Stroke Transitions Trial (MISTT) involved a community-engaged website intervention development project between MSU researchers and community-based stroke stakeholders to develop a user-centered informational website that provided support for stroke survivors and their caregivers who have been discharged home. This past year has been focused on disseminating the development methods at professional, academic conferences and preparing a manuscript for academic publication.
