Home and Community Based Services reviews - Spartan Public Engagment Map

Project was through contract with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Service/Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Administration. Reviewed settings that provide Home and Community based services to individuals served in the public behavioral health system. Reviews completed to assess and ensure that the settings are in compliance with the 2014 federal rules.
