National Child Welfare Workforce Institute
Support workforce development projects in various states, counties and tribes encouraging, through technical assistance and training, a positive work culture and partnerships, particularly with university social work programs. Develop resources for recruiting, selecting and supporting the workforce. Working with schools of social work to recruit and prepare the future child welfare workforce. Evaluating these efforts. Collaborating on policy discussions and recommendations for system imporvement.
