This USDA Risk Management Agency Co-Operative Agreement Project is a one-year project that is educating adult small-scale farmers who identify as a person of color, BIPOC, socially-disadvantaged, underserved. )utreach, engagement and zoom-based education are provided over the course of 6 months, teaching and providing resources in record keeping, accounting and finance, risk management, insurance, alternative funding, production education, land access, and grants.
