Activities were designed to make college and career information accessible to a broad group of students and parents. They provide exposure to career fields through pre-college programs and community organizations working to engage young people in a variety of disciplines. Outcomes include: Increasing the number of students from Detroit area schools who participate in pre-college (academic) programming; making programming accessible to low-income households (if fees are involved); promoting emerging and needed career field preparation.
