Project Greenlight Detroit (PGLD) - Spartan Public Engagment Map

PGLD is a place-based crime prevention strategy which involved the establishment of a formal partnership between the city of Detroit, Detroit Police Department (DPD), and small business owners and parcel owners. The crime control strategy employed by DPD built upon closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera monitoring but added to the technology by establishing active partnerships with the business community.
