Detroit Ceasefire --Research Partner - Spartan Public Engagment Map

Detroit Ceasefire has been a cornerstone of Detroit’s violence reduction strategies. Ceasefire involves a focused deterrence model aimed at gang- and group- related violence. It involves direct communication of a deterrence message to high-risk individuals and groups, targeted enforcement and response to violent incidents, outreach and services, community partnerships, and youth prevention.
