Project director on a Healthcare Resources and Services Administration scholarship grant to support undergraduate training of disadvantaged students to enter the medical laboratory science (MLS) profession. This includes outreach in the form of high school recruitment activities for potential STEM students, support programs for student pre-application to the Medical Laboratory Science degree, and oversight of scholarship awards and continued educational, social, and professional support for students completing the Medical Laboratory Science degree program.
